How we do it
We pride ourselves on curating premium saffron strands that are in all ways – impeccable. Each batch goes through its first level of inspection, where the thread is hand-plucked and collected for the next step. The second step involves drying at a perfect temperature to remove the moisture. This step ensures our Persian saffron lasts longer, even for years. We are very particular about the temperature at which our saffron dries, as over-drying can compromise the flavor of the strands.
